  1. Peugeot 2.8HDI

If you do look just follow the exhaust back to the engine If it looks like this then it’s got a turbo, if not then it hasn’t 😉. Mark

My van is a 2.8 HDI Peugeot and it’s got a turbo. It’s tucked right at the back of the engine out off site 😏😆. Easy way to find out is to get underneath and follow The exhaust, it’ll lead you to it. Mark
  3. CU Stokesby(Norfolk)

Pulled in here 18/5/2018 [ATTACH=CONFIG]63456 as it looked like a nice spot to watch The boats coming and going.. then have a few beers in the pub With a view of staying the night, but it seems the Parish council Don’t want us to!! This was the sign.. not sure of it’s legality.. we moved on...
  4. Skipton

We stayed there in April parking in two bays, which was £4 a night then, I see now it would be £4.40 or if you can get in a motorhome bay(which I couldn't find) it's £5. 5. Helmsley

I'm giving it a go tonight,it's a peaceful spot, just one other van(with a wildcamping sticker) so far,not sure how busy it gets. Plenty of room for a tag axle as it's free between 18.30-09.00 but after 09.00 you have to fit in a bay and pay accordingly. I've reversed into a bay along the back so...

  10. Engine management light

I'm no mechanic but my understanding of turbos is that they are working all the time and only noticed when pushed hard, like up hill in a high gear over 2500rpm when they spin too much, that's when the waste gate opens relieving the pressure so it doesn't blow up. I recon the garage has freed...
  11. Engine management light

Hi, I've had those same symptoms,it's the turbo actuator sticking, the pin on the waste gate seizes to the actuator arm preventing it to open and relieve turbo pressure.. So the electronics relieses this and through the management light and limp mode(sometimes).... previous owner probably never...
  12. Solar

Like already said... it all depends what your thinking of using. We have a 110Ah battery and 100amp solar, changed all the interior lights to LEDs, And we even watch the TV a couple of hours in the evening with no problems. I'd at Glastonbury you'd only need lights and water pump on as you'd be...
