Watch the video again Neil, at no point do the Police say 'move or else' they tell him that he can't park there and he has been told previously which is yet to be proved or disproved. In fact the Youtuber starts the video by saying that they have been prevented from filming - which they haven't - he is filming as he says it.
In the meantime he will show video with about 5 or 6 words from the police at a time and flash up on the screen the words they are using (and I mean flash because there isn't time to read it without pausing the screen) and throughout this he flashes up words like 'Harassment' and pictures of 7 police officers sitting smiling around there cars in the sunshine which is nothing to do with the incident.
And he definitely does get a PCN or FPN because he shows it and reads it out.
In my view it is deliberately manipulative and dramatised with the pictures and big colourful words flashing up on the screen to try and enforce his case but I can't see it being successfully used as evidence against the Police, as I said before it's just too disjointed and hard to follow as it's made up of very short soundbites which he keeps talking over.
Perhaps the Police video without the interruptions would show the full story and clear them or otherwise.
As for visiting the Horse fair though, yes, people are perfectly entitled to go there if they want to but whilst they are there they should obey the law or face the consequences. And if the Police HAVE abused their power then they should face the consequences too but more proof than that video is required in my opinion.
