Don't know about your tomtom, but I have a GPS driven HUD on my dash to give an easy to see speed readout.The Tom Tom would disagree with you lolol
Out of the box, it reads precisely 7% high. You have to delve into the config settings to get it to display the accurate speed.
This has its downsides. Every time you pass a speed camera, there are always cars in front of you slowing down to well under the limit. I assume they believe their speedometers.
