But today it’s Good old Gish, Chips n Mushy Peas YUMMY 😊😊😛

Chicken breast cut into 5 pieces 1 heaped table spoon of chutney 1 heaped teaspoon of whole grain mustard per person. 1 red onion chopped 1 carton of single cream. Sauté the onion, brown the chicken cubes, add chutney and mustard simmer until cooked. 5 mins before end add cream serve on a bed of rice along with a nan. Simple and delicious
