I’m just a lucky bugger. My wife and myself are extremely fortunate to still be able to do the hills. But we don't do the hard ones anymore. We enjoy doing smaller hills, and coastal walks more now. Yesterdays walk up to the lochan took us 6 hours, that’s about enough for us now. The 10 hour hikes are just not for us anymore. But sadly our time for less strenuous walks are probably not far away.

Yeah I don't think you could get nearer the sea than that. I won't be going that far north though. I want to wear me flip flops for a kick off and get a tan!
