Pros and Cons of Fulltiming

I am sure you could get your water from streams and rivers, burn your rubbish and dig a hole for toilet waste Zombie lol

Yes, I use Streams, Rivers, Waterfalls & alike for water when I’m further out the way, but when you start using the filters for purification it’s best to not let them dry, so each filter is good for around 6-8month & I only really use them over the winter months when I’m in the more out the way & remote places with no access to the normal taps I use due to them freezing anytime from October through to March & I limit the driving mileage because of conditions.
I don’t burn my rubbish nowadays because ‘MO’ is the first vehicle I’ve had that HASNT got a Multi fuel stove aboard. (& I really miss it).
My Refrence was from Google, so am guessing AI yes,

So,
I think that a very big PRO in Fulltimeing is having the time to Take in your environment. Connect & Re-Connect with the bigger picture that is around you.
I Love Walking & Shuffling around with not having to pay too much attention to Time, I don’t have a Watch & I think that there’s only Dawn, Daytime, Dusk & Nighttime (It’s ALWAYS Lunch time) As far as Time itself is concerned.
Then Halloween to Pancake day, Pancake day to Halloween as far as the seasons go.
This mindset opens opportunities to actually LOOK & Notice the changes throughout the calendar year that helps immensely when I Forage & get Game,
What I HAVE noticed recently is the Headlines are Full to Bursting with nature’s bounty & snacks.
The Blackberries numbers are stupid, & although I don’t really process them now look at the Elderberries 😳, I can’t wait for the Rose-hips to soften & the Mushrooms to pop.

& although Wood pidgin & Rabbit has been a reliable staples, Grouse & Partridge have been on the menu for a month or so punctuated by the occasional Duck, Pheasants are just around the corner 😊

You should get yourself a woodgas stove Paul those pinecones and a few twigs would make great free fuel.

Brilliant for cooking outside and would save you a bit on gas;

I’ve actually got a Stainless steel folding Twig firebox that I cook on & occasionally use as a small fire pit. It’s this one.

I've looked at those Paul but I daren't buy another stove, she'd kill me!

Redcamp make some good gear though including a folding oven which really appeals to me, but I still daren't. :(
