When we bought our old T25 it came with big gouge marks down each side where someone tried to drive between a concrete bollard and brick wall, instead of a perfect repair I cleaned up the rust and slapped some not quite matching paint on it. Drove through central London in rush hour many a time, it was like having a forcefield that kept every other vehicle at bay.

Well I did have to take my first boat somewhere - no not the Ark!!

It does seem glaringly obvious now you see it but at the time it didn't.

Here's a tip. If you ever rent a van, make sure you check everything, and make them list even the smallest defect. A Canadian rental company tried it on with us, when picking up they kept saying about chips and scratches "O we down worry about those minor things" , when returning they picked up every tiny mark, only to find we had made them list them on the pick up form.
