Cheers. It caused a bit of controversy on the Arran facebook group though. Sadly the first comment was a bit negative but most of the reactions were laughs and likes. Im a bit marmite I suppose.

The one negative comment just turned into a debate about the ferries and where they now sail from, not the bonkers song.

Really so you reckon more than twice the original price and seven years late is propaganda. Not to mention the £40 million we spent taking over Ferguson’s shipyard, who we now don’t trust to build seven new smaller ferries given to a Turkish yard on Monday instead.
Some within the Scottish government should be investigated for this utter shambles, and waste of our money, and that’s not propaganda.
They could have went to a German yard who had built Diesel/gas ferries, but they chose a Scottish yard with absolutely no experience in such construction, and the rest is history. And for the record I don’t care what party were in power.
Oh and I think you’ll find that every network, and every newspaper up here have been consistent in their reporting, I would say pinning this on the Beeb is nothing short of propaganda.
