Have you weighed your van fully loaded recently specifically by doing each axle independently motor caravans are often close to or over the plated weight of the rear axle, and the fines and prosecution is the same if an individual axle is over even if the overall vehicle is under its plated weight
My crafter tow bar added about 45kg
My manual says nose weight should be 80-100kg
In order to not exceed my rear axles plated weight when towing my trailer i reduce my onboard water from 200 litres to 100.
Your bike carriers and bikes won’t equal that much nose weight but if you ever decide to tow a trailer it might.
Don’t forget to allow for that extra payload if your rear axle or overall weigh is already borderline
