Folk here change cars at 2 years old and very few want old cars except me, maybe 10%, so give 5 years which will be 2035 it better be sorted, dont think it will, we shall see, thats if im above ground by then.Lets be clear on this, in 4 years time not everyone will be driving EV's, it's not until over 10 years before there are more EV's on the road than ICE, and it will be long after that before there are close to 100% EV's. Even then not everyone will be charging up everyday, and in the unlikely event every single person in the country plugged in at the same time all new chargers are designed to limit the charge if the grid is overloaded.
As for those who can't charge at home, well I have no idea how that will pan out, but someone will need to figure something out in the next 15 years.
