4. SMS/MMS intra-metropolitan France. The sending of SMS/MMS is reserved for private use between two natural persons for non-profit purposes, excluding SMS/MMS sent via a machine and/or automatic device, in the context of non-excessive use. Excessive use (including sending more than 5000 SMS/MMS - cumulative uses - per month two consecutive months) will result in the application of the sanctions of Article 10 of the General Conditions of Use, which may lead in particular to the termination of the Contract.
