Do the eu vets know about this as the ones I've talked to don't know anything about a AHCThere's an equivalent document that can be issued by EU vets - the GBHC (Health Certificate).

I don't know - I'd imagine there isn't a huge demand for them. So possibly vets neat ports will be more aware than vets in other places.Do the eu vets know about this as the ones I've talked to don't know anything about a AHC![]()
Where can that be found? I've found Certificate GBHC640, but that's a model health certificate for the commercial importation of dogs, cats and ferrets, so not applicable to pets. There's an equivalent document that can be issued by EU vets - the GBHC (Health Certificate).
An absolute fuster-cluck. What’s to prevent them from changing the rules the day before you set off to catch the train or ferry? I really hate our parliament - regardless of what colour flags they fly, they’re all incompetent and look after themselves and not the people. There's so much conflicting information, what an absolute mess.
It's not their fault though.Perhaps a phone call, or several dozento Eurotunnel/LeShuttle could be of use

Sorry, I got that slightly wrong - the GBHC is issued by an Official Vet in the UK and just endorsed by an EU vet in the 10 days before returning to UK. I'll ask the mods to edit my earlier post.Do the eu vets know about this as the ones I've talked to don't know anything about a AHC
That seems like nothing has changed . But Jo's information appears contradictory .Right now we can go round and round and round , it needs someone to actually present LeShuttle with a valid EU pet passport.
I have 2 minutes ago gone online with LeShuttle and asked the question once more, with the same response. View attachment 151452
