Sorry to be obvious but there was only one actress that made watching the show worthwhile

She certainly had something.
I remember that a female friend who batted for the other team telling me that Pat had influenced her lifestyle choices.

I stopped watching Corri after she left, but restarted when friends got roles.

I now take pride that one of the current characters first visited the theatre (aged 8) to see his aunt and I play the baddies in Panto.

We arranged for him to go on stage for the kids song and when he came off he said he would be an actor when he grew up.

I was dragged along to see Pat open an old peoples home in Loughborough back in the 60's.

As a primary school kid I wasn't that interested, she looked old!
