Double skillet

The only probolem i forsee is turning it over but if iremove the top one and tip it innto that first it should be ok but look round for two pans on slightly smaller diameter than the other and where it sits down is where the lid goes the total hieght of mine is 4inches by 9/3/4 diam the pans are the same size except the brown has a lip for a lid so there is a extra 1/4 inch on the top where the lid sit into

just curious why it is a pain as you are using as a oven probaly because you dont have one in the camper ok storage issues ,anyway most handles will take a low heat well going to go out tommorow and see what ican come up with as regarding two pans that stack so heres the thought hieght of each pan min 3inches diameter 6 inches now does that sound about right ok know they wont clip together but finding two pans one without a lid recess and one with they should go together

I feel terrible for recommending this double skillet knowing some of you are experiencing problems with the website and delivery. I personnely didnt have a problem at the time of ordering mine and if I did I surely would of mentioned it ....At a recent meet although I am not sure if I heard that this lady had health problems and was in hospital ....maybe I misheard I am not sure sometimes conversations at meets jump from one thing to another and its hard to keep up.

I really do hope this all gets sorted for you all....its very unprofessional not to have responded to thier customers and let them know whats going on, its the least they can do.:D

Hi don't feel that way I'm sure it's a good piece of equipment which is all you said. We'd just liked to have had a chance to try it out for ourselves I have contacted Pay Pal to try to get a refund and hope that'll work out but don't know how others who posted cheques will fair as she has now removed her phone # from web site. Perhaps they could try Trading Standards if all else fails
 
I just checked and it took just under a month to get mine. It did arrive a few days after she replied to my e mail, explaining she had been in hospital. That was in November. If she can take her number off her site she could easily stop taking orders or put up some kind of explanation.

Yes I'd have though so as well I'd still like one but probably not from this source now.Is there any marking on them to indicate a producer who we might be able to get it from perhaps if a large quantity is needed this websites shop may consider stocking them
 
Hi just to let everyone know that I got my money refunded today by Pay Pal and really hope everyone else is as fortunate.

And I hope Herbenny is enjoying what comes out of hers and if Romac gets down to Cornwall go to Herbenny for that steak as if you come across to us it'd be rare very rare indeed as we've no pot to --- /cook in
 
OUt of stock at the moment. Probably been bought by all the people who had been trying to buy the skillet.
 
LIDL occasionally stock a very similar 'double' pan. I bought one - I can't remember the price but it was definitely under £15. I'll keep a lookout for them in store again - they must be getting due...
 
well if it make to herford then i bring what i use excuse the burn marks on it as it wasnt me and ucan see it in person and it not a double skillet as such but one that imade up it does cheese toastie alright did one the other day as ihad some cheese left that was going a little hard
 
well just cooke a whole chicken in my made up double skillet only one problem where it was sat down in bottom pan the skin got slightly burnt but just peeled it off and it was perfect so ithink if doing them again will sit it on a pad of foil or look for a wire rack to sit it on did buy one yesterday but it was too big as ihad that thought yesterday and it was done in just under half a hour and was properly cooked and i just ate a large chunk of it
