Where in the country are you?
This guy near Malvern can repair shower trays in situ and comes highly recommended.

That’s a bit major for me!!I would remove it and make a GRP mould and copy, 100 times stronger, and you can pick any colour you like.

I have drilled a small hole in mine then mixed fibre glass resin up ( the type you would use for car body repairs) then injected it in with a small syringe ( no needle attached) this worked a treat. Soon as it is in stick a bit of duck tape on it till it goes off which is about 10-15mins

I would use this to repair, I have used it often for dive drysuit repairs over the years, when set, it is clear, so no colour issues.

If the shower tray is flexi, drill a 12mm hole in the outer side and fill underneath with a can of expanding foam then just put a grommet in the hole.

I used a couple of coats of 'Paints R Us cracked shower tray paint' after the repair. No more leaks and it looks good. There is plenty of paint in the tin so I will apply another coat from time to time.
I did look at a professional repair. It was expensive and as I recall the guarantee seemed vague.

Just binned the staggeringly cheap and nasty margarine tub quality, virtually translucent at the edge tray I bought from Jackson's Leisure.
I took a gamble buying it blind and should have sent it back it was so thin Instead though I spent ages ensuring it was 100% supported at all the stress points but even so one accidental stumble broke it! I am replacing it with one made from 1mm Stainless steel.
One cracking just once, is one to many for me to risk even bothering to repair it let alone replace it like for like, so from now on all future builds will be Stainless steel.
