Rouen a no go?

Hi, ours is a crit air 4 motor home and we were given some useful information on this site.
We now apply for a day pass that allows us to go through Rouen on a specified day. You book it in advance upto a couple of weeks in advance.
Go onto the Metropole Rouen Normandie. You have to create an account. I do find it difficult each time I do it but so far have managed eventually.
By the way it is free.
We have gone around it several times, personally find it a pain. Much easier t go through Rouen.
Dont forget if you go on the short 3 euro section of motorway after Rouen which we always use as it saves alot of time there are now no toll booths so you have to create an account to pay automatically.
We are off on the 19th January to Dieppe but we will be booking our pass for Rouen at least a week in advance.

Has it changed. I went along that short section of autoroute a year or so ago and that section was exempt from payment…as confirmed by their website.

If you are traveling Rouen south, towards A154( Evreux )and take the short bit of the A13 motorway it is definitely chargeable online or tag only.

On the A13 from Rouen it is free up until the turn for Elbeuf. W

We stay on the A13 until the N154 ( about 3 euros, worth every penny as misses out alot of bad roads) heading for Evreux ( direct road to Chartres) a very fast road.
