We are starting 2026 with a problem.
We are both suffering with (hopefully short term) medical problems that limit walking to about 10 minutes max. Additionally my treatment means no swimming (waterproof foot covering for showers but swimming is a no no.)
We don't fancy going away in the MoHo and staying inside drive 24/7.
My brain wave was heritage steam trains. Drive there; spend the day riding the rails; drive to pitch.
But (other than 1/2 term and we are at daughters that week} no trains until March.
We have e bikes but SWMBO doen't fancy cycling more tham a mile or so.
Any thoughts or suggestions welcome.
