Just a reminder that the two fantastic organisations below provide off road Trampers all over the North and the South west.

Only trouble is you are supposed to have one able bodied person with you officially.

I've used them loads. Michelle is like a bloody racing squirrel off up mountains and stuff but my knees are knackered so its a good opportunity to go with her and they can be great fun.
