I'm tentively looking around for possibilities for our next van.

It must have a proper automatic gearbox, not an automated manual.

It's unlikely to happen as we don't have the money to swap, but bears can have dreams too.

Contenders today.

Bears can have dreams, but stallions can have night mares ... :ROFLMAO:

Looks like they are quoting an Edinburgh postcode but from Bridlington ?
Or have I misread something ?

I dunno Dave, maybe as there are no funds available right now, but I do like looking, so nothing lost.

Another van/cash is only part of the problem, not many proper automatics out there anyway in what would be our price range of sub £30k

This would be good but such a waste of space putting a dinette in a PVC

Ditto

This would have been on my list, but nowhere to park it now.

Not bad LHD so I'd have to think about that aspect, but I've not seen one with such an early reg No.

And again, a dinette when you can just sit in the lounge to eat.

The dinette is almost a free use of space I think, cab chairs reversed and table added. I've looked at others without and they just make the bed a bit longer in the back or have loo AND shower without combining them. Mind you I have been looking to change for the last 3 yrs and don't see anything yet so I must have got it right when I bought mine 8 yrs back. I would downsize to a PVC and loose the garage so the scooter would have to go and I'm not quite up for that yet.

We couldn't do with a Transverse bed nowadays, we both get up in the night. A rear lounge with longitudinal single beds is much better for the nocturnal walk.

I assume the dinettes turn into beds, but we don't need them or a special place to sit for 30 minutes a day.

I looked at that link Kev and I have to I’d hate it.

But the point is we all have different needs and ideas.

Two longitudinal beds without the need to turn the cab seats is my starting point.

Oh yes, when I did the self build we had lots of discussions, in the end Liz said, build it the way you think best, clockwise, bathroom, wardrobe, tall fridge freezer, sofa, sofa, hob/grill/oven, water heater, kitchen, sink.
