That is Brid we have called in a few times looking. It is around the back of Morrisons. They usually have a fair selection of vans in.

Hi probably not the same as van is different...BUT, Springfield was the name of the company that tried to sell us a van that he did not have. He wanted the money up front then he'd bring it round, we couldn't look at it before hand etc. Just saying.🙂

After buying 13 and selling 12 vans, we're well aware of the scams, doing both, there are some scoundrels out there and getting more difficult to spot, but if you just stick to being in the van with all its documents when paying for it, you shouldn't come unstuck.

I always ask for more interior/exterior pictures before proceeding.

This one has been on my mind since I first saw it, TBH it was the autobox and the interior that sold me on it, so I just watched the video again and I think I'd have to reject it as NONE of the lounge windows look as if they would open at all, hence it having hab A/C, a site only van for us, which we never do.

Really pee'd off now.

Thanks Julian, but that is about as far away from my ideal as I think possible, but the slush box is a winner, I think it'd have to be a coachbuilt as they have windows you can open.

Actually, it isn't a bad find when I look closer, but it's a bad set of pictures, you'd think they have tidied up first :D :D, do they do a normal van, one without out toilet seat on the outside.
 
I have to please us both, even if money wasn't a problem Mark, kitchen layout is key for Liz, as is storage, as she won't do minimal, I've tried, believe me :D :D has to have a lounge to relax in, no dinette, as it's pointless, opening lounge windows are a must, which is all that let this one down, dunno why they seem to like the all glass sides, looks like a bloody bus to me not a motorhome, AC in the Hab would be pointless, it'd be removed and a Heki installed, more light and ventilation, and above all the 9 speed automatic.

I think the only way I'd get one is to start a GoFundMe, but I don't think it would do much good.
 
We have the Automatic winchcombe which I think would fit most of what you want,
A large spacious lounging area that will either make a very large double bed or large singles, it has a large separate shower within a good sized bathroom,
On a Mercedes chassis with a superb auto box
 
I would like to point out that in PVC's Dinettes are the most common feature for a very good reason, most people want them.
I remember when SiL was buying a WildAx I advised against having the model which has a dinette and rear lounge, as I pointed out we 'lounge' in the dinette and the fixed beds, gf and myself are not 'joined at the hip' and the layout on a typical PVC allows us a degree of separation which on longer trips is appreciated. Meanwhile SiL has now got a van where the bed is nearly always set up but where we have a big 'garage' underneath, they have segmented storage.
We have been looking at larger vans, and the reality is the layout we like is the same, fixed rear beds at rear, and a larger 'dinette' at front which they call a lounge.
We all like different things, but it seems bears maybe don't like what most people like. 😜

I don't like or want a dinette Colin, which you pointed out in #50, it isn't a place to lounge for us, you CANNOT lounge in a dinette as it too upright, for us anyway, we have had a few vans with them, but bigger than I would want now, then end up as a catch all for coats etc. used for a few minutes a day, but take a lot of the vans length up. I'm not telling people not to have them, nowt to do with me, just not for us.

I wouldn't want another van with a fixed bed, either. I go with the principle I was told years ago, if at all possible, anything in a van should have more than one purpose.
