Just got back from the Midlands where fellow member @merl has been helping me with my new electrical system, well when I say 'helping' what I mean to say is that Merl did the job with me as his 'Gopher', I played a sort of Debby McGee to Merl's Paul Daniels if you will.

Anyhoo, the job is now complete and I think Merl has made a cracking job of it and I'm over the moon with the results.

So I now have 850W on the roof with 600A of Fogstar Lithium Drift Batteries, a Fogstar mains charger, a Sterling Battery Maintainer and a 2000W Renogy inverter.

So, massive thanks to Merl, (and of course Kim for spoiling us whilst we worked) I can't tell you how pleased I am with the system! (I also loved the banter!)

PS. Merl was particularly pleased to be working with the 70mm cables I bought, his little face lit up when he saw them. :LOL:

Oh dear. So you have an inferior off the shelf cab battery topper upper? Only a select few have the Merl "Signature" Gizmott. Its a bit like having one of Hank Marvins Strats you know.
