As I said before in reply to you I will say again to clarify for you the bylaws in the Lake District in Cumbria ONLY APPLY in the Lake District.Nowhere else.

So I clarified my post, but you still want to argue over it, I never stated that bylaw was nationwide, but I can see how you might read my post such, which is why I posted the clarification.
