Thanks for comments , I don't think their are any bearings just a plastic slide .makes it difficult wriggle It around when the wife is sat on it .
No it picks up dust and grit.If it has a Bearing then use what is normal for Bearings ...... Oil or Grease.
No it picks up dust and grit.
After cleaning a dry graphite spray will work well.
Dont oil or grease as it will pick up crap and dust making it harder to move than wildcampers at the sea front car park.![]()

Ha ha but true,i made one set of seats turn using a second hand swivel from i think a ford galaxy ,they required some bits cut of and a lock cut in to allow rear pos locking as well as front,so i striped them down, jes man the amount of dirt & crap inside was beyond belief,it was like a thick dusty lard mixed with grinding paste, one cleaned and dry lubed it was the bogs dollocks. Are you trying to say that the OP is a lazy slob with a mucky motorhome full of dust and dirt? You will get into trouble for saying things like that.![]()
Shes just making an arse of herself....I would use whatever this gal is using Barry, her seat swivels just fine.

He went to the pub to get well oiled, then went home to watch grease.Well Barry, have you got your seat lubed up yet?

Thanks for replies I used WD PTFE spray .worked a treat now she can swivel to her hearts content .
No grease what so ever ,dust dirt back to sticking again.Back to the original question if you have balls then use vaseline.
If plastic then clean up and use silicone.
