Although you may love your pride and joy is there something about it that you would like to change?
In my case our current Ducati has the bonnet release lever in the closure of the passenger door. I park against our neighbours garage but have to move the van just to pop the bonnet. Ahhhh

To get at my engine i have to remove my storage bags which are hooked over the back of both cab seat, empty the engine lid of miscellaneous CDs, hat/scarf/gloves/, put all my maps in the passenger footwell, hoik up the passenger seat to an almost vertical state, secure the heavy vertical seat with a "tie-back", then attempt to measure the oil - its deeeep in the depths of the engine....... hate it ......

Apart from that i used to hate the coldness, but Andyjanet has fitted silver insulation material up on the overhead cab roof, and provided insulation blocks for the roof vents overnight and tis tons warmer now. i am planning a christmas jaunt .......... :)

I love the size and layout of our van, I just wish it was a little newer. IMG_20170809_174915062.jpg

Not too much

The "garage" which is under the bed is accessed either by lifting the bed
BUT mainly from the outside locker door....
It is all a tad inconvenient but given all the other pluses I would not change.

My first ever vehicle - a tall camper with a back door which could have been a Bedford..... had a truly weird gearbox...... 3rd was where 1st is now; 4 was where 2nd is now, 1st was where 3rd is now and 2nd was where 4th is now...... cant remember where reverse was..... aarrgghh !!

I like the normal shift with a lift liver under top knob for selecting reverse which should be left and up from first.

I just wish that the radio didn't shut off after 20 minutes.
Also I wish my van was still produced so that maybe I could one day replace it with a new one the same.

I used to have a Jeep Wagoneer like that with reverse where 1st usually is. I have scared one or two setting of from traffic lights when I forgot., but never hit anyone. :danger:

I have the same issue with mine, stopped by customs in Dover on the way out and was asked to pop the bonnet, Buggered if I could remember where it was.
It could also do with an onboard water pump for filling the water tank, similar to the Autocruise range .
