What a welcome sight!

And this one at the Boat of Garten RSPB Osprey Centre - we got a knock on the door in the evening expecting to be moved on, but it was the RSPB ranger stopping for a chat! Photographed this sign the next morning.

I see this is on the Location App. Is there a special category for spots that are welcoming like this?

Reviews from people using the pois are easy to add and should help when choosing good spots.

One thing i would say is that vans without a loo should not be allowed to stay overnight or camp where no public loos are available, sines should read vans with toilet facilities only to overnight.

It’s one of our local ones too. :)

Used it Thursday night, car park full when we arrived about 16:30 but emptied out by 6pm.
Fresh water tap on the west end of the visitors centre too (you’ll need a watering can or 30m of hose). Donations box in visitor centre.

8 meters is not that long. I’ve found that the doors can be closed a lot quieter than on a swish bang

closing doors quietly don't get you of hogging more than one space

We do it to annoy the folk in the huge motorhome taking up half the carpark 😂😂😂🤷‍♂️

Me to specially if parked across spaces in some cases I've even got out in the middle of the nite to shut it a couple of times

That's basically what the ranger said when he came round to chat - he was comfortable we were "self-contained" as the Kiwis call it. I did wonder what he said to the three people who were in a tent...
