We purchased a new Chausson from Lowdhams, Nottingham in June 2010. We are very pleased overall with this van apart from a few minor problems which came to light in the first 6 months. The main problem being that the show door is coming apart and needs new hinges which we have been waiting for since January this year. Numerous phone calls, e mails and letters have produced no response, no even the courtesy of a reply. How can we force Lowdhams to undertake this work. Any suggestions?
