My Garmin can be configured between pedestrian, car, lorry and motorhome. You initially input the vehicle dimensions, height, length, width, weight, with or without trailer and it will amend speed limits and routing accordingly.

We have a Garmin which we have used for 5 years, only let us down a couple times with new roads but our fault for not updating
