Thetford N4000 series fridge

The fridge doesn't work on 12v when the engine is running. I have 12v on the terminal at the back of the fridge with engine running. Is it a case of a new control unit or could it be the led control panel. Any one know good place for parts? Thanks
 
Ours is the same, dealer has the 12v module on back order, apparently with no idea of timescale for delivery.

Do you have a d+ signal when engine is running?
