Might be worth thinking about a for sale on a seperate sheet. say for over 50 quid. paid up member free for one month. others £15 per item. 50 word max. send advert to you for OK.
Anything for sale under £50 still goes on to the present thread.

Just a thought and it would raise some lolly for the site.:cool1:

This site.

I like it. No contentious issues at all (I'll whisper this bit, it is better without that Cassandra interfering all the time) Let it run as it is.

Not many "articles" have appeared though.

I don't think full members should have to view the adverts, I hate advertising and I thought they'd have gone when I paid for full membership.

Also a little less white would be a little easier on the eye, other than that the site is well laid out and the forums themselves seem spot on.

What about technical articles??

That's my only thought, otherwise I think it's great!

(Do we really need ANY of these smiley things!?!)

OK

Full Members who have a paid subscription should no longer see adverts.

Could be that you have permissions being carried over from a secondary usergroup, I had this on my forum and it took me ages to figure out what was causing it.

The ads don't bother me - if the site needs to run them in order to keep going, I say keep them...

I agree whats the problem with a few ads if they help pay for the site

Also I've already used a couple of the firms that advertised here. I'd say no ads is cutting of the nose to spite the face
