Not always, I’ve seen an idiot on a motocross bike doing wheelies in amongst traffic and then going through traffic lights on red, no crash helmet and no sense!
Maybe I have a perverted sort of humour but this is what I like about it.
Some tosser acts in a dangerous manner, he laughs and thinks how clever he is, then forgets about it ...
... until a letter from local Plod drops through his letterbox a few weeks later.
Many of these Road Traffic Incidents are not caused by someone making a mistake or having a moment of inattention. They are deliberately done by self-entitled people, who deserve some sort of punishment.

Bloody spragger! I knew it! Don't be coming down to north Yorkshire or Teesdale with your dash cam looking for bikers to grass on. We have ways of dealing with snitches. We beat them to death with two foot long Black Puddings.
Don't fret Barry. It is only a matter of time before Dashcam videos will be useless. The video can be claimed in Court to be AI generated and therefore not admissable in evidence.
Well yes that kind of proves my point. If they have to look into thousands of clips that are either not offences or are impossible to prove then its a lot of police time wasted. Lets say "A biker" overtakes you at 90 mph on an A road and you decide to send in your video clip. What can the police do with that? They can't prove how fast "the biker" was going.
Yes true and they use social media a lot now to show how they are out nicking people in speeding hot spots. The Cumbrian Police are quite active in this. Places like the Hartside pass from Penrith to Alston which can become a bit of a race track. They usually post when they are going though which is normally a weekend so I just go during the week. There is often a professional photographer up there taking photos which he sells you online on one of the last bends encouraging people to give it the beans a bit.
