if i think i,m in the right i will argue . its not a problem . they just arrest you and take you to a station then get an interpreter .
its easy just to run away thats what makes it hard for others .
we have to watch the watchers . they get it wrong far more than us .
dont have to be nasty just be firm .
there are many that still tip there cap to anyone that thinks they are authority whether they are right or wrong . but not me .

All very laudable Alan, but first of all you've got to be reasonably sure that you are in the right, very tricky especially for most non Spanish speaking when on holiday in Spain, who's got time or inclination to go looking thru' foreign laws, have you? And never mind the interpreter make sure you pay up front for an English Speaking Abogado in addition.
