I have stayed here 3 times.

One night was peaceful but the smell from the adjacent sewage interceptor was horrible.

One night was marred by two boy racers turning the car park into a Drag strip at 2 am.

One night 4 youths started a game of football, again at 2 am.

I don't use it anymore.

I pretty much avoid any tarmac car park near a town for exactly that reason.

Cold. wet and windy is my memory of the place. So much so that we ended up staying on the C&CC site which turned out to be cold, wet, windy and flooded!!!

I would guess that they would cut their noses off to spite their faces if they banned us so I too wonder what is behind this complaint. Complaining that Motorhome Drivers are not spending all their time in the Pub is hardly evidence that we are not spending money. We did pay to go into the sealife centre, bought fuel, shopped locally and ate out.
