Satnavs
Hi seesa,
Try a company called satnaveasy, very keen on prices. I have both a TomTom and a Garmin, and it's sort of swings & roundabouts, TomTom does things the Garmin does'nt, and vice-versa. Stay away from cheapo units, you really do get what you pay for, and look for units using the Navstar mapping system. 'Text to Speech' is a very handy extra, it will read out street names, road numbers etc. We've all turned down the wrong road at some stage, when the junctions are close to each other! text to speech makes it a lot easier. If you are going to mainland Europe, buy one with UK & EU already installed, the maps are not cheap to buy and install at a later date. Hope this helps a bit. B
