Oh gosh, shocked to read that Nigel has gone. Met him a few times, most recently was last summer when he kindly looked after my van for me for a week when I had nowhere to park it in Bristol, it was so kind of him and his good lady to help me out. Deepest sympathies to Eileen and all the family.

Very sad the world will be a sadder place without our mr Broon around. RIP Nigel and condolences to his family

Just logged in to see this news. So sad. Very fond memories of meets with Nigel Brown and Eileen. Amazing story's around the fire and brillant self build skills. Amazing wood work. RIP Nigel.

Rob and I attended Nigel’s funeral today, and the family did him proud. A few tears and a few laughs over shared memories. Rob is going to add the music choices to this thread when he gets home.
