Have just bought a small pressure cooker (2.7 ltr ) and need a book with basic simple easy meals in it.Have trawled the net but all seem to be complicated books.Any ideas?
Lamb , cheaper cuts are best ie, neck, belly, fatty chops etc,
Cheap cuts of Lamb are best for the Cabbage Stew but cooking good Chicken beef or Lamb in a pressure cooker is fine also.Good point . Basic rule , for me , when cooking meat in pressure cookers only use meats and cuts which require slow cooking . Personally would not cook chicken , fish etc . Scrag end of everything else
