In my experience EcoFlow have been very good with warranty claims etc, the 2 x 220watt foldout solar panels I have been faultless as have all the power stations I have purchased (I install CCTV, Alarm's and Automatic gates etc and use EcoFlow for UPS systems) I've only had 1 power station fail (a River Max unit) and EcoFlow replaced that with no delay.
I also use an 800w alternator charger and its great (not cheap mind) I've had a dead starter battery before now and simple reversed the Alternator charger and she fired up.
As I said before I use an auto switch over unit so no taking a cable out of the window, I simply turn the EcoFlow on and EHU is live. The one thing I would point out is I use a Trade Account via Hampshire Generators and they are great.
