Old style GB sticker

Tempted to get a Trump sticker to go along with my new GB, if I bother to get one at all.

I have a N%B Arto 2003. If I need an old-style GB sticker I am reluctant to put it on the paintwork as it often shows differential discolouration when removed. The panels are powder-coated.

Is their any harm to acrylic windows, as I can put it there. But is there a limit to the height that it must be at?

The other alternative is the rear 'bumper' which is a plastic and the colour is in the plastic I think.

IF ****** happens will we need to revert back to the old style as ive been inform that the UK tag on you registration plate will no longer be valid?
Why bother, the cost of customs carnets, border insurance at each border, visas will make only overseas travel to the Isle of Wight possible :)
I remember travelling to Spain by road in the 1960s and the paperwork was horrific, no deal ****** may cause all sorts of problems as the AA and RAC no longer issue vehicle carnets, although that might change if they have to issue 5000 to 20000 carnets a day. But at what cost? What will happen if the EU apply a 300% tarrif such as Iran? Its getting the carnets physically stamped at each border that is so time consuming, and of course then getting your deposit or bank guarantee back when you get the carnet cleared by UK Customs - if they have the people?
I'm assuming that the Green Card Agreements for insurance will still stand, but if they dont then border insurance would be required, same as any non Green Card country vehicle entering the Zone. Can you imagine the queues for that? Buy online, yes, but what happens if the EU says NO, buy at each border crossing?

I was traveling Europe prior to EU by landrover , and only had a greencard , most borders (before schengen)
just held up passport and was waved straight thru . Cant remember ever having to show any other documents, even coming back into UK (which was always the hardest border) . :)
Re GB sticker , I have always displayed the full size international sticker , and about 15 years back with a Discovery and twin axle Caravan had one on front as well as a lot of sites don't like dual axle caravans .

Posted a while back how I was fined in Spain for not having a GB sticker (of any kind) . Spanish policeman actually had a book showing acceptable national 'signs' .
Pretty sure the plain GB sticker was allowed . Got one printed off at a campsite and stuck it in my window .
Think it must be displayed some where visible . Can't actually think of one reason for this rule

I bought a load of these stickers for our last Euro trip. Stuck em on the van, scooter rack, next to the number plate and on the scooter. They were a great talking point and raised a lot of smiles. Im just gonna stick one on the number plate and see what happens.

If EU Borders are as difficult as you say they might be, then it reinforces the decision to leave such an organisation.

ps, will EU Border Guards be wearing Jackboots and Deaths Head emblems? :lol-061:
