There are a few LPG filling stations near me in South Devon. Marquis Motorhomes, off the M5 near Exeter (EX2 7JL) has LPG and there is a petrol station a few miles further south on the A30/A38 that also has LPG

Just checked, using my calculator, and you're right. That had me scratching my head, the answer is it was 0.999 per litre

I am beginning to question the viability of using LPG. The tanks typically have a life of 10 years. It is possible to get them tested annually (I guess at about £200) and an estimated replacement cost of £700 - £1500. One needs to use the vehicle quite a bit to equate to the cost of using traditional gas cylinders.
