When a vehicle is exempt from MOT due to age, it is also exempt from Road Tax.
maybe in that situation it would show as taxed, but at a zero rate? either way, a Winnebago Brave of that model is not over 40 years old :)

You still have to go through the motions of taxing them and then they show up as taxed

Some interesting rippling in the rear panels ...

delamination repaired very badly (or not at all).

There is an interesting Youtube channel called "AZ Expert" (AZ for Arizona) by a chap who does a lot of replacement roofs on RVs, plus side wall repairs and others repairs.
Very worth while watching those if ever considering buying an imported US RV, and especially a Winnebago (they really do appear poorly made!).

That's at the free aire at Bejar isn't it? I stayed there a couple of months ago, the RV was there along with the trailer with the same UK reg plate. No bluebottles in the windows :D I did wonder how the local authorities would go about removing and scrapping an abandoned vehicle registered in a different country.

Just write a letter to the person on the V5 giving them 90 days to do something about it, then remove it to compound with another 90 day letter advising of storage costs and eventual destruction.
