Hunmanby Gap!!!

Yes, it is. The dog poo is in small quantities and is almost always emptied automatically without being handled. The human waste was a large quantity (think of a cassette) and it was in the general bin that the warden empties himself.
Not in the scenario I outlined

Not in the scenario I outlined
Anybody can create a fictional scenario for their own purposes.

But this is a real scenario, with someone dumping large quantities of human waste, that has resulted in us being banned. No fictional scenario reduces the impact, and the disgust that many will rightfully feel.

Putting a big bin bag of waste into a public bin is just not acceptable. Maybe a one or two poos in a bag into a dog bin but really not a large amount.
I understand the composting side, but not being in a fixed place can not for that.
The container I have is about two days so fits easy in a dog bag and bin.
I would never use a big bag as such.

Not fictional ?
Admittedly I had strayed slightly off topic

On a slightly different note, when in France I saw and used many camping and motorhome sites that had signs up saying they allowed cassette emptying and charged €1. Here in Britain the sites are charging £10 for the same thing. Ludicrous! I have my motorhome in local storage and am charged £890 for the year. Forgot to ask upfront about being able to empty cassette on return, was informed it wasn't a problem and there was a £10 charge. Really!

That would be allegedly us as he only thinks he knows the responsible vehicle.
I have seen a works van throw out a builders bucket full of £$%^ onto the grass at a service area and every laybye on every A road stinks of piss and £$%^. That lot doesn't come from just MHs but we are the easy target.
The post specifically mentions us and not cars, I would guess that the guy writing that board would know the difference between someone caught short and a cassette full of both liquid and solid waste, emptied into a black bin liner! No matter how we as a group try and divert to cars and truck, we should really accept that some of our number do dump toilet waste where they think they won't be seen. As I typed on another thread, I have seen it twice in 11 years and given that it is normally done where no one is likely to see, it must be a bigger problem than we admit to. Both times I was threatened with physical violence for challenging.

I do wish people saying stop saying us and we in this type of thread, I don't do the things mentioned here and neither do any of my friends. If the guy who wrote the sign knows the micro-camper (so not a van or motorhome at all, aren't they car based?) then action should be taken against the person doing it.

Groups/sections should not be branded by the actions of a small number of unknown people.

With nearly 1/4 million MHs on UK roads there may possibly be the odd bad apple. Nobody is denying people dumping sh it is a problem but it may well not always be sh it from MHs.
I hope you gave them both a good slap.

I've never found anything that breaks up all the paper. Tablets, the blue stuff, the green stuff, fairy liquid. Tried them all.
I think it depends on what sort of toilet paper you use.
The old Andrex Classic smooth soft paper is by far the best.
Because it isn't dimpled or embossed, you get more sheets on a roll and it needs less glue to stiffen it, so it dissolves easily.
It certainly turns into liquid in a few hours using Lidl washing fluid.

"We" as a species have a ability to be violent! It is a collective. We as in our whole group! Of course not everyone does it, but as a group, some do! Have you never used a collective? Of course you have, it is part of the English language. But here you go, like others, diverting away from the problem instead of accepting that some do actually do this. Whether you like the "Royal We" or not, it is used and will be used, so maybe just address the problem?

I suspect that someone has emptied a portaloo into a black bin bag and dumped that in the bin. The warden found that and rightfully wasn’t happy.
Or perhaps some "vanlifer" has bought a trendy "composting toilet" which separates out solid waste into a bag, but doesn't compost it at all.
Just leaves you with a bag of poo to get rid of.

I reported one to the local council with photographic evidence and vehicle number. As for the "odd bad apple"? As I said, if I cave seen two doing it, then how many more go undetected? But what really stands out is the collective seem to want to divert and not actually address the problem. Whether it is one of one hundred, saying as Nabism did "(so not a van or motorhome at all, aren't they car based?) is dodging the issue. And the statement was "believes it is only one micro camper". No proof, so it could have been any camper vehicle.

Maybe you are just lucky.

But what really stands out is the collective seem to want to divert and not actually address the problem.
Did you give them a slap. That would seem to me to address the problem fairly quickly.

No. If you were close enough to photograph them, why not go and speak to them:unsure:
You seriously think the type of person that just dumps a full cassette wherever they want are the type of person capable of joined up reasonable thinking?

I don't.... I tend to think they are just mouth breathing entitled knuckle daggers.

IF I witness it....

I'd be going for photographs/video and reg numbers and report it.

Good for you!

I am sick of seeing you putting the same thing, what do you think you are going to achieve by keep repeating it? You have stated you views, others have stated theirs. So if they only 'believe' it was this micro camper they don't really know who did it? I thought from what had been stated that it was more definite than that.

Your screen name is quite apt for this thread then
Most councils have at least one member who is anti motorhomes. Sending them details and pics like this is just giving them ammunition to use against us.
I can understand that some people are frightened to speak to the person directly, but hiding behind cameras and keyboards is helping nobody. Why anyone would be proud enough of posting this stuff to councils to then brag about it on here is beyond me.

Why anybody would post on here defending someone that has dumped a casette full of toilet waste either in a hedge bottom OR bagged in a carpark bin is beyond me too....

I was at Hunmanby gap when the carpark owner was raging about waste tipped in the hedge bottom....

Clearly from a toilet casette (unless car owners/day trippers have taken to carrying portaloos and blue toilet fluid around with them (unlikely)

Personally I can't blame the owners for banning motorhomes etc....
I would have done exactly the same.
