Does it work, don't know as I have not had any punctures in the 8 or so years since I had it installed at Wells tyres Bangor Co. Down.
Can I alter my tyre pressures, yes, in other words it does not gunk the valves. In fact it is pumped into the tyres via the valves. They recommend you have your tyres balanced before applying.
It does not impact on my Tyrepal monitors.
It is available online for self install, and my front tyres (which have it) will be replaced and air seal put in. Probably by DIY this time.

I only used it to stop a very slow beed leek Rob, not a flat wheel etc, does the job.

Now MO has got a Fat arse at over 4000kg & as these things often happen in the Wind, Rain or Snow & of course in the dark I hate the idea of fumbling & Flaying about under it & adding an injury to the issue.
So I’ve been thinking of this Slime gunk or similar as a preventative or rather emergency plug for punctures.
HOWEVER I believe that there advertised for ‘OFF Road tyres’.

The answer is a product called "puncture-safe" injected through the valve "before any puncture" and self seals the puncture safe for motorcycles up to 120 mph, there is a commercial grade available for heavy goods/ M, homes, just google "puncture-safe" you will be impressed

What I have noticed is, at least TWO of these companies claim to supply’Royal Mail’ fleet vehicles.
So I’m guessing it’s actually the came company or Franchise.

I’m still awaiting reply to my emails.

Just heard back from an Engineering Consultant at ‘Air-Seal’ & Blinking hell,,,
Blown away by not only the expected Knowledge & Detailed information for Quantity & installation of product, But the EXCELLENT price. In fact it’s SO cheap I’m buying enough for myself & another Livaboard friend as a Present.
I’m paying £171 for 4 Bottles (Enough for 8 Tyers) DELIVERD to Scotland.
Guy’s if it’s even half as good as claimed, it’s worth every penny.

Anyone else even thinking of this, Contact Mike Smith & have a chat.

Spent time Researching various products, This one amongst them & a firm favourite. Spoken to the Tech people, Seen the Video & now Ordered enough for 10 Tyers on 2 vehicles.

Also booked a slot at the garage for them to Jack Both vehicles up, Take out Valve inner, Install product & Re inflate.

ALL DONE,
Product got sent straight to the Garage, The lads at the Garage got MO in today & 50min later was all done.
Total cost for Product & fitting worked out around the
£25 per corner per Vehicle on my relatively new Tyers. So very happy with that, & hopefully the piece of mind it will give me.

I put Puncturesafe in the tyres on my first van. 2 days before a ferry to France I was having the van serviced and they told me there was a nail in a front tyre.
When I told them there was tyre sealant in there they would not touch it due to the mess involved. Put the spare on and went to loads of tyre places non of whom wanted to know saying it was now non repairable and didn't want the mess even if I bought a new tyre from them. It was more inconvenient than a puncture. They also pointed out that the sealant had stopped a leak from the nail but had I carried on driving with it unbeknownst to me it would have worked it's way in and could have caused a blowout. I eventually found an independant garage who removed all tyres and flushed them clean. What a bloody faff when I should have been packing for my trip.
I have however got the green Slime in my e-bike tyres and it has bailed me out twice in 3 years. Punctures are easy to mend on a bike but the tyres on this one are a bugger to get on and off.
 
I asked about this,
This stuff IS & Remans a Liquid while in the Tyer, Maybe a bit like runny Honny, is Water Soluble & only has 425ml of Product in per Tyre.
So in the event of changing tyres, take Air out via Valve inner, Take Valve out, Break bead & insert hosepipe to Flush 🤷🏻‍♂️
