Grey water tank won’t empty

I have an IXEO too. As others say a quarter turn is all it needs. Have you checked inside the van on the readings to see if the tank is full? Ours was stiff after non use and took more force than I can happy to exert to shift the handle but if handle turns then flushing it out seems the only option. Good luck

I managed to clear it yesterday with a combination of a garden hose, a flexible brush and driving over some speed bumps!

The control panel is on my snagging list for the dealer because the battery indicators are working on one side of the panel but the water tank indicators on the other side are not lighting up at all.

Fill the fresh water tank and then tap both tanks on the side at different heights from the base upwards, and listen to the sound each tap makes. An empty or part filled tank will sound quite different. Hope that helps to determine if it has water in or not (=;

Depending what sort of stops you do I would leave the tap open til you have gauges sorted
