Is it in the pasanagers side, slide top, pocket compartment?Hi! Does anyone know where we can find the fuse for the electrolux fridge in our van? Can't find it listed in the handbook and the fuses are not marked. We have a 2002 Hymer B584. Thanks!!

What fuse are you looking for? is it the fuse for it to run on the 12V when driving? I would have a look around the starter battery for the older Schaudt EBL systems. Could be a spade fuse and check for not only the fuse but the connections on the holder as well - they get very hot and can lose connection.Hi! There is a small fuse block inside the tall cupboard to the right of the fridge, I doubt if there is one for mains power though, has he tested the mains cable on the fridge using a multimeter for power or is it just not working on 240v?He thinks it must be the mains power fuse, as there is no mains power to the fridge.
Depends very much on the way the Motorhome is built.Typically the only fuses on the mains 240v side are the MCB circuit breakers in the consumer unit/ fuse box along with the RCCB.
Hymers - and others from the same 'family' - for quite a while use WAGO 700 range block connectors for the AC Devices. These are straight through and unfused, so would rely on either device fuses or the Consumer Unit. And depending on the consumer unit, everything could even be on a single basic MCB without even a RCB in the unit. They have improved over time and split the circuits more and added an RCB and possibly even RCBOs instead of MCBs, but a 2002 Hymer is quite likely to have an incredibly basic AC Consumer Unit.Do Hymers even have additional mains fuses?
How does he know there is no mains power to the Fridge? checked the terminals with a meter? or based on unable to select Mains? He thinks it must be the mains power fuse, as there is no mains power to the fridge.
Yeh, I assumed they'd be fuses in the appliance plug tops or switched fused spurs rather than a row of 'mains fuses' like we see on the 12v side.Depends very much on the way the Motorhome is built.
On an Autotrail Motorhome every 240V Device has its own fuse. The Fridge is plugged into a 13A Socket; The Cooker (for the electric hotplate) is plugged into a 13A Socket; The Room Heater - if Gas/Electric combo - is plugged into a 13A Socket; the Water Boiler - if Gas/Electric Combo is either plugged into a 13A Socket or, in my case, on a Switched & Fused Sput Outlet.

And finally, the stupid question .... Are you plugged into Hookup? It is surprising how many people forget that to have things like 240V Fridges working, they have to have 240V being supplied to start with. Do other 240V appliances work?
A blown fuse is just one of many possibilities. He thinks it must be the mains power fuse, as there is no mains power to the fridge.
The OP has still not given any detail on the type of fridge, or whether it is not working on 12 volts or 240 volts. If it is a 240 volts problem then the fault may be in the EBL 99 itself, or one of the multi plug contacts is faulty. When I was adding my Schaudt Solar Controller (with the conversion kit) I noticed a couple of pins on the multi plugs showed signs of heat, so I bought some new fittings and replaced the affected male and female fittings.
don't forget the fuse in the plug on the 230v wire that is plugged into a domestic socket.Typically the only fuses on the mains 240v side are the MCB circuit breakers in the consumer unit/ fuse box along with the RCCB. Do Hymers even have additional mains fuses?
