12v to fridge missing
The 12v to your fridge should only be available when the engine's running, usually through a relay operated by the alternator, to ensure you can't flatten the battery(s).
If there's no 12v with the engine running first check that the alternator is charging the vehicle battery. Voltage should be 13.7-14.4v typical, if less than 12.5 there's likely to a problem.
The next most likely problem is corrosion at the back of the fridge. You can usually get to the connections through the bottom vent, and they're prone to serious corrosion from damp. There's a plastic screw connector at the back, often left open to the elements, which is a favourite corrosion point.
If these are OK then the next place to check depends on your 12v system, whether its a Zig or one of those big red boxes from Italy under the seats.
