Cornwall gets a lot of money from tourism, the council now expects businesses to allow the public to use toilets, I doubt they get a discount on tax for that.

Apparently 60% of public toilets nationally have been closed since 2010.

Can't quite recall why 2010 is significant...

Most of the public toilets around here closed a long time before 2010.
Soo should imagine that the true figure of public toilets that have been closed is much higher than 60%

Several years ago I'm sure some towns/cities were paying businesses to provide this service .
