The last time I stayed at Durness, you had to ring the warden who would then come down and collect payment.

Bear in mind that the toilet block will be closed and water may not be available if the weather is freezing. Great site though, especially if you park on the clifftop overlooking the beach, but that can get very windy!

Off to Seahouses early January. Caravan Park with pool, sauna etc. etc. We enjoyed going to Old Hall Hotel and using the pool etc but new owners don’t like MHs.

we liked it but they have to much bread so no call to the old hall.pj
