if they need a wet room and a stair lift something tells me they are in considrerble pain and suffering...........so really need them, im sure they would love to be perfectly healthy, so they can run out and down stairs etc. tell you what, why not get a serious mobility injury, and see whats its like struggling....and then im sure after 5 min you would wish you could be normal and not get stigmatised by people like you. another idiot.

If you call two or three times a week all night sea fishing , walking the dog three or four times a day suffering may be your right , before you say report them they have Been many times and every time they get away with it . My point is there is no shortage of money for these people, the system is very wrong, and yes I am and idiot For going to work to help fund this system.

if they are 'getting away with it' many times, then they must be entitled to it......

i cant see what fishing has to do with anything, or walking the dogs, i walk the dogs, although it means driving the short distance to the park, and sitting down on a bench while the dogs have fun. the odd day im not too bad i might walk a bit.

i dont get much money, and yes i know people abuse the system....but dont tar everyone with the same brush

Live next door to three people two are disabled, none work. I live with my kids all three of us have full time jobs, son gets£2.50 ph me and daughter on min wage. Come look at the two houses and see if you can work out who works for a living! They just had new wet room fitted and stair lift, new boiler for free mine cost me£1600 , new windows new drive the list goes on they don't seem that poor to me! It not just the free money every month it's all the other bits that go with it, so go on insult me , I'm just sayin what I see .

What you see ain't what you know. You begrudge their life being made easier simples go get run over by say a bus, crippled for life & then you TOO might have these benefits but be quick DLA benefits are being cut so the bankers don't have to forgo their bonuses:mad1:

The idea that cripples are a drain on your taxes is somewhat questionable, if you have a beef on ripping off the taxpayer try the wealthy who don't pay their taxes, fiddle billions from rip off frauds. The overpaid civil servants some paid more than our illustrious joke of a leader, then they still rip us off further with credit cards and expenses. Look at your politicians etc all fiddling thousands, yet a few fiddle a benefit or two for a few grand yet serve the same sentence of someone stealing millions through fraud. This country is falling apart with corruption and you worry about some poor crip getting facilities to live at home because it's cheaper than putting them in hospital or a care home, I suggest you check your priorities and your maths to see what is best for all concerned!
