Arghhhhh! Broken the bed again!!

Im aiming for under 14 by the end of the summer which is about right for me. I was 18st 12 at one point a couple of years back. When I was younger I was fit as a butchers dog although I have gone up and down a bit over the last twenty years.
You look tall Barry I am only 5ft 6in but I was 17st 10lbs at new year but I got it down to 15st 11 at the mo but aiming for 14st to .
 
I've had two hot Weetabix in milk, and a small bowl of porridge all day, and two rich tea biscuits with me coffee, I'm falling out of me under crackers here.
 
Breakfast consists of 40g jumbo oars 100g of milk 100g of Greek yoghurt 1/2 tea spoon of cinnamon 1 teaspoon of honey half an apple grated and 50g blueberries .lunch is 300g of high protein soup both of which are only 400 calories normal tea.

+ the daughter is keeping me right lololol
 
I can't put weight on. I eat fry ups, cheese, chips, meat, drink beer etc. etc. yet I'm still skinny as a rake.

When I was about 6 or 7 I wanted to put weight on and be like one of the big kids so I drank a bottle of Mazola - it didn't work! 😁
