    Scheppach 1200w Inverter Generator

The way they describe it as 1200w which most people would read as 1200watts is a little naughty as well but that's common nowadays.

    Scheppach 1200w Inverter Generator

A review from the Aldi page which may shed some light. ★★★★★★★★★★4 out of 5 stars. · 20 hours ago As Described - Inaccurate Review I feel the previous reviewer is somewhat inaccurate with the criticism levelled about this unit. It seems they have a poor grasp of how an inverter generator...

I think that is a misprint. For £150, pure sine wave. That would be a bargain!

    Scheppach 1200w Inverter Generator

It would seem silly for a big company like Aldi to sell something which in known to be duff unless it has been upgraded. Perhaps someone can try one and send it back under guarantee? I have not got a van anymore so it makes no sense for me. Just posted for info.

Not suggesting you use one on a regular basis but 800w would charge your batteries and get you moving. Is the fuel tap an easy fix?

    Scheppach 1200w Inverter Generator

I have no idea how loud or how good these are but as an emergence backup, must be worth a look at £150. https://www.aldi.co.uk/scheppach-1200w-inverter-generator/p/806491470899400?utm_source=Aldi&utm_medium=Email&utm_content=scheppach-1200w-inverter-generator&utm_campaign=OSD050721&utm_cid=DM38722

The new Wildax Voltpac the van with no gas.

You can't store as much energy in a battery as you can in an equivalent sized gas cylinder, far from it so you would need a generator to survive off grid in the UK for most of the year. My brother had an America made RV with an in built generator which worked very well but you did not want it...

A lot of good memories of Rutland Water. We used to have meets at http://www.lyndontop.com/ but sadly Arthur the groundsman that used to look after us is no longer with us. I am sure it would still be a good place to camp still as it is a wide open space but has a manager on site.

I don't know it but the first time you look out of your window and see baby rabbits having their breakfast your nerves will disappear.

But do you have it to hand and do you think the OP is going to be happy taking it to bed with her and do you really think it would make her feel safe? I really hope you are on a windup because the thought of people with supersoakers full of bleach is probably why she is nervous in the first...

Do you have many Supersoakers filled with bleach ready to squirt around in a confined space. Many of us have toys to amuse our children/grandchildren to hand. Have fun explaining the acid attack to a judge and yes I know bleach has a ph of about 12 so not strictly speaking an acid.

I am not advocating the use of a machine gun more the using of a child's toy as a comfort blanket for a women on her own. After saying that it is a very effective weapon and I would not like to try to disarm someone with one.

It's all about feeling safe and not worrying. You have taken the first step by having your dog to keep you company. Next don't get bored and let your mind wonder so have plenty to do, books, TV, radio, hobbies Then build your confidence, use meets, sites, your own drive. Always have two charged...

    Vaccine

I know you are at least half joking but I can see an argument to give people a passport to attend sporting events, gyms, cinemas and the like, a month after their second jab. Might open things up earlier.

When we get the metastudies in, in a few years time we will know all about effectiveness of the vaccines in use now. Until then the only sensible approach is to get whichever jab you can as soon as you can. Then behave like you have not had it as nobody knows just how effective it is against all...

Well I got my GVS mask from Screwfix for £18. Seems a good fit and easy to wear. One of the main advantages is that your glasses don't mist up.
