    Sometimes the contact points do not touch, there is a way to adjust the points on the sliding door but I am unsure how it is done. Hopefully somebody will know how to re adjust the contact points

    I would think that before anyone can renew their license a driving test should need to be passed. Not necessarily a full on test, with manouvres, but a shorter, less demanding test, just to ensure they are driving safely.
